Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the SwiftPage Works website does not create a contract or obligation to buy. We use enquiries to understand the project, discuss requirements, and prepare a clear scope, timeline, and price before any work begins.
Scope, pricing, and payment
Project deliverables, included pages, revisions, third-party costs, and payment terms should be confirmed in writing before the project starts. Extra features, integrations, or changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Intellectual property ownership
Once the agreed project fee has been paid in full, the client owns the final approved website design and content created specifically for their project, except for third-party tools, fonts, stock assets, hosting services, or platform code that remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and for confirming that any supplied text, logos, images, or other materials can be used on their website. Final publication should happen only after the client has reviewed and approved the agreed pages.
